This weapon passive shines brightly, delivering a 20% increase in Elemental Skill DMG when foes are hit with Normal Attacks and a 20% increase in Normal Attack DMG when enemies are hit with an Elemental Skill. This sounds fantastic, and it is, but without a quick-hitting Elemental Skill, it's difficult to keep these bonuses.

Who is this bow good for

This bow is most suited for Physical DPS Fischl, as she is the only character in the game who can fully utilize all of its features. Fischl, a physical DPS, was a popular character early on in Genshin Impact due to her high Normal Attack damage and synergy with Oz.

However, as time went on, Fischl's Electro damage got more valuable, and the build fell out of favor. Even yet, if designed appropriately, it has the potential to be a powerful weapon.
