Genshin Impact 2.5 leaks: Alternate costumes for Jean, Amber, Rosaria, and Mona

More from Jean, Amber, Rosaria, and Mona's new costumes have recently leaked in new Genshin Impact 2.5 leaks. These new outfits are censored versions of the game's Chinese edition. The new clothing has been tweaked somewhat to more closely mirror those seen in the official Tweet. For each of the outfits, there is now some new English text. The following are the names of the costumes:
  • Jean: Gunnhildr's Legacy
  • Amber: 100% Outrider
  • Rosaria: To the Church's Free Spirit
  • Mona: Pact of Stars and Moon
According to the [2.5 Beta] tags attached to these leaks, it appears that the rest of the player base will have access to them in Genshin Impact 2.5. These outfits are optional, thus the player does not have to put them on if they do not want to.

Genshin Impact 2.5 leaks: Jean, Amber, Rosaria, and Mona’s alternative outfits revealed

The image above shows the old and new outfits side by side; the first character model represents the old outfit, while the one to its right represents the new one. For each character, there are a few note differences:

Mona: She has a partially concealed chest, some arm alterations, a more formal leotard on top, and completely new pants. Minor alterations were also made to the headgear, particularly to the bow.

Jean now wears a formal black dress shirt that covers her chest (but oddly not her shoulders), as well as slight coat changes.

Rosaria: Her new dress conceals her shoulders, and the shading on her chest is less prominent. She no longer wears what appear to be fishnet stockings, and her boots have been lengthened.

Amber: Amber's dress is similar to the prior one, with the exception of the colors and the fact that her shorts are somewhat longer in the back. It's important to note that these costumes are only available to gamers on the Chinese server. In Genshin Impact 2.5, players are not compelled to equip it to these characters if they do not like it.

Jean's outfit in Genshin Impact 2.5

This tweet explains how the new clothes in Genshin Impact 2.5 are optional. Jean also now has the most alternate costumes in the game, with three in total. Apart from that, each of these new "censored" garments comes with some flavor text (and no unique icon).

Jean's costume simply states that this "ceremonial dress" can be worn in a variety of scenarios. Her default outfit, on the other hand, alluded to her gallantry.

Amber's outfit in Genshin Impact 2.5

Amber's clothing was the one that changed the least, although the differences in hue are evident. The language emphasizes how formal this clothing is while also reflecting Amber's status as an Outrider. Her default costume mentioned "maximum mobility," yet this isn't mentioned in the new costume's description.

Rosaria's outfit in Genshin Impact 2.5

In this costume, Rosaria's design was drastically altered. It is one of the more basic descriptions since it simply states that it was made for her by the Church of Favonius. Her original costume detailed how she had altered the Church uniform significantly.

Mona's outfit in Genshin Impact 2.5

Mona's outfit has seen the most alterations. Her new attire, like the previous one, alluded to her financial difficulties, as it came with a 30% discount. It's also the longest text description for the new costumes, as it won't fit without scrolling down completely.
