Genshin Impact 2.5 leaks: Yae Miko release date, Upcoming reruns, and more

Various Genshin Impact 2.5 leaks indicate that Yae Miko, as well as the Raiden Shogun and Kazuha reruns, maybe get their debut banners shortly. While the reruns have yet to be confirmed, the leaks are coming from reliable sources. Kagura's Verity, Yae Miko's distinctive weapon, is slated to make its debut alongside the character in the proper weapon banner. Because Genshin Impact 2.5 is set to release on February 16, 2022, several of these banners' release dates are predicated on that anticipation.

It only says that Yae Miko is a 5-star unit (which has been confirmed by earlier leaks) and that she would be on the first banner. Although no exact date is provided, fans should be aware that major changes occur every 42 days, with individual banners appearing every 21 days.

On January 5, 2022, the 2.4 updates was released. The release date for Yae Miko is February 16, 2022, which is 42 days (and two banner cycles) later. At this time, no one knows who the 4-star characters are.

Later, the leaker emphasized that a second 5-star character could appear in the 2.5 update's first half. To learn more, players will have to wait until the 2.5 Special Program broadcast date approaches. A brand new character and a rerun happened at the same time in the 2.4 release (Shenhe and Xiao). It's not unheard of for Yae Miko to release a banner at the same time as a rerun.

There were even prior [questionable] leaks that supported the idea of reruns for Kazuha and the Raiden Shogun. A follow-up Tweet said that she would become a weekly boss, which was later confirmed by leaks. If this leak came from the same source, these reruns are almost certain to happen. It's worth noting that these leaks make no mention of when these banners are expected to appear in Genshin Impact 2.5.

Another old leak merely stated that Yae Miko would make her Genshin Impact 2.5 debut in the first half, with the Raiden Shogun and Kazuha rerun taking place in the second half. Given that another leak claimed that Yae Miko will make his debut in the first half, it would be reasonable to trust that this one is reliable. Assuming that 21-day banner cycles are still in use at this point, their rerun release date would be March 9, 2022.

Yae Miko as a playable character in Genshin Impact 2.5

Itto, Gorou, Shenhe, and Yun Jin, for example, were all announced on Twitter shortly before their release dates. Yae Miko experienced the same thing (although a little earlier than usual to coincide with the new year). She's already a non-playable character in the game, but she'll become playable in the upcoming version update.

Naturally, there is a slew of Yae Miko video leaks. Everything about her has been revealed, though it's worth noting that some aspects of her are still being worked on in the beta. Because nothing is set in stone, exact figures are still subject to change.

In Genshin Impact 2.5, Kagura's Verity will make her debut as a 5-star Catalyst. Many fans can fairly infer that Kagura's Verity will be one of them, given that most 5-star weapons make their debut as a banner. Its effect and design are quite comparable to Yae Miko, implying a February 16, 2022 release date.
