When you play Monster Hunter Rise, you'll see a lot of your character. It's a third-person game in which you can observe your character's movements while they fight terrifying monsters, so you'll probably want to pay attention to how they appear and what kind of armor they're wearing. Depending on how you formed your character when you started the game, the Character Edit Voucher allows you to modify your character's appearance from male to female or female to male. This is the sole way to change your character's appearance option. It's available for purchase at the Steam store, and it'll set you back real money.

It's worth noting that you can modify the appearance of your character at any time while visiting the Item Box. All you have to do is go to an Item Box's Appearance Settings and select the Change Appearance option. After that, you'll be able to change your character's hairdo, eyebrows, factional hair, cosmetics, wardrobe, and voice, among other things. You won't be able to change their facial or bodily features, though. Only the Character Edit Voucher allows you to do so.
