Rainbow Six Extraction: How to Find Targets in Hunt

Rainbow Six Extraction departs from its predecessor, Rainbow Six Siege, in terms of gameplay. Extraction allows you to hurry through if you feel capable of taking on a horde of attackers, whereas siege requires you to spend time slowly and meticulously scouting the routes you want to follow. That doesn't imply you should rush through each assignment, blasting anything that gets in your path. You will not be swarmed if you play Rainbow Six Extraction slowly and strategically.

Out of the many tasks available in the game, some mission types benefit more from scouting ahead and taking it slow. The Hunt mission is one of these categories, and it requires you to track down and eliminate certain infections. After you've killed enough of them, Elite Archaean will appear, and you'll need to kill them to progress. Let's go over how to handle this mission with ease.

How to Find Targets in Hunt

While completing a search mission in Rainbow Six Extraction, you will be alerted when you come across a target. This allows you to brute force this mission type by just running through all of the zones until you find all of the targets you require. There are, however, a few techniques to locate the targets without putting yourself at such risk.

Bringing a tracking operator, such as Lion or Pulse, is one technique to locate the targets. These operators have the ability to scan the Archaeans through walls, allowing you to find what you're seeking without having to expose yourself to them. You can carry a tracker if you know you'll need to finish a hunt because you know what mission you'll need to complete before you choose your operator.

Of course, if you don't want to play as a tracking operator or don't have them leveled up enough to accompany you, you can use the second way to locate these targets. Drones will allow you to drive about safely while looking for targets. You can cover much of the map without having to move yourself to maintain the drone in range if you start droning from the map's center.

Droning is a little slower than running around aimlessly, but it is a lot safer. However, using a tracking operator to get the drop on these targets is your best chance. You can perform a takedown and kill them instantly if you were able to locate them without raising an alarm.
