Dying Light 2: How to Get & Fly a Broomstick
In Dying Light 2, there are several Easter Eggs to find, including a Baba Yaga challenge that lets Aiden fly around on a broomstick. To go to the Central Loop's Garrison District and complete the parkour challenge, players must first progress through the main story. After finishing the "Broadcast" main story task, getting to the start of the Baba Yaga challenge is likewise considerably easier. This mission grants players access to the VNC Tower's elevator, allowing them to easily reach the roof.
Players may easily reach the top of the VNC Tower after completing the primary quest "Broadcast," which is the same location where the secret developer room in Dying Light 2 can be found. The Baba Yaga Easter Egg will be found on the roof of the VNC Tower. Players should proceed to the eastern edge of the structure and locate the rooftop with the enormous crane on top. Aiden will have to utilize the grapple or the paraglider to get the crane to the building. To begin the parkour challenge, players should walk over to the building.
After grappling or paragliding to the building in Dying Light 2, players can peek below the crane's arm and see a blue fungus growing on the square metal platform. Aiden's interaction with the mushroom causes it to expand. Players must interact with the mushrooms several times before receiving the prompt to begin the Baba Yaga challenge. Each time the mushrooms proliferate, the interaction will take longer, thus players will need to spend some time holding down the button. Aiden will be on the flying broomstick after accepting the parkour challenge.
Flying On A Broomstick In Dying Light 2
The goal of the challenge is to earn the best time by flying past checkpoints as quickly as possible. The broomstick can be difficult to control at first, and the challenge must be done at night. In Dying Light 2, if the mushrooms are interacted with during the day, the game will immediately turn to night mode. In the Baba Yaga challenge, players must achieve three time-based objectives. Bronze is given for finishing the task in 2:30 minutes, silver for 1:30 minutes, and gold for 1:10.
Aiden will be sent back to the beginning if the Baba Yaga challenge is failed. As players fly through buildings and between enormous floating rocks, they should be wary of a few sharp bends and drops. The speed increase for the paraglider can also be used while flying on the broomstick if it has been unlocked. There is no limit to how many times you can attempt this challenge.
There are a total of 19 checkpoints in the Baba Yaga parkour challenge. Players can travel off course and fly about the city while this Dying Light 2 side activity is active, but it will ultimately bring Aiden back to the beginning. Aiden will be sent back to the mushroom cluster after he reaches the goal, where players can try the task again. In Dying Light 2, there's also a simple glitch that allows players to keep their broomstick and freely fly about the map. Players can pause and exit the game after starting the task, then reload to find Aiden outside the challenge. In Dying Light 2, the broomstick will appear in the player's inventory and can be used to fly about the city at any moment.
