Horizon Forbidden West: How to gather Charger Horns

In Horizon Forbidden West, Charger Horns may be used to upgrade your Javelin Thrower, thus if you want to do more damage, you'll need to find this resource. Once you understand where they come from, you should be able to get them very quickly.

The Charger enemy type has Charger Horns. They can be discovered in a variety of places, but near the start of the game, you can hunt the Chargers on a site close southwest of Chainscrape. It's on the left-hand side of the route, slightly off the beaten path. You'll notice the warthog-like machines as soon as you leave town.

The best strategy for dealing with these robots is to concentrate on stealth. Aim your arrow at their horns using the dense vegetation around them. To remove the horns off the charger, use your bow and arrow to strike them down. You're considerably less likely to acquire the Charger Horns if you don't do it this way and just use a quiet strike.

Because this opponent kind isn't extremely aware, you can dispatch them in three bullets (one to each horn). After the occurrence, the other chargers in the herd are usually not afflicted. Pick up the horns from the ground and place them in your inventory once the coast is clear. Return to Chainscrape's lantern, save your game, and the Chargers will respawn in the same position if you don't grab the Charger Horns.
