Lost Ark: How to farm Aquilok’s Skin
The collecting of resources and items is a key component of the gameplay in Raiders of Lost Ark. While certain items are rather easy to obtain in Arkesia, others have some of the most uncommon drop rates. The Aquilok's Skin, which is one of the most difficult items to obtain in the game, is one such extremely scarce resource.
The Aquilok's Skin is a resource that adventurers must get in order to fulfill the Adventurer Tome challenges and gain access to a plethora of incredible rewards. The resource is one of the critical pieces needed to access the Rethramis Collection, hence it's in high demand.
The Aquilok's Skin, on the other hand, is extremely difficult to come by, as it has one of the lowest drop rates of any material in the MMO. Furthermore, as a drop, it isn't particularly attached to any mob or monster boss, leaving its acquisition to chance (random number generation).
Getting Aquilok’s Skin in Lost Ark
As previously stated, the Aquilok's Skin is one of Arkesia's most difficult materials to come across, and some players have completed the game without ever seeing the drop. Unfortunately, because the item is not particularly linked to any monster, there is no guaranteed manner of obtaining it.
The resource can drop from any monster or dungeon, thus aside from massacring everything in sight in the Rethramis continent, the only other possible option is to continue playing regularly and hope for the item to drop.
The Loghill, Prideholme, Akumo Mountain, and Rethramis Border districts make up the Rethramis Continent, each with its own collection of raids, dungeons, bosses, and mobs. As a result, it's recommended that players aim to max up the continent's compilation level by completing all of the Tome missions and side tasks available in each location.
Due to the fact that Lost Ark dungeons can also drop Aquilok's Skin, adventurers can spend a few hours each day farming all of the dungeons in the region. It's worth noting that, contrary to popular belief, the item does not drop after conquering the dungeon Aquilok's Head in Ankumo Mountain. Because Aquilok's Skin is unrelated to any enemy or quest, the chances of it dropping will be determined by RNG and the player's luck even after the dungeon is completed.
So, in order to obtain the item, gamers can either play the game normally or wait for it to drop in the future. Otherwise, they can spend a significant amount of time each day farming out the region's choice dungeons over and over.
