Elden Ring: How to Continue Kenneth Haight Quest After Patch

Kenneth Haight is an NPC that appears early in Elden Ring, although many players thought that his questline ended abruptly. This turned out to be a bug, as Elden Ring patch 1.03 brought a whole new chapter to Kenneth's journey. Later in the game, the noble Kenneth Haight may be found, and you can actually persuade him to fulfill his promise of making you a knight, but you'll have to achieve specific conditions before you can find him again. In Elden Ring, here's how to continue Kenneth Haight's quest.

How to Continue Kenneth Haight’s Quest

After retaking Fort Haight and locating Kenneth, he apologizes and informs you that he is unable to raise you to knighthood at this time. You may now find him in the throne room of Stormveil Castle at the Godrick the Grafted Site of Grace, according to the most recent update. He'll be standing next to the throne with Nepheli, and if you chat to him, he'll tell you about his future plans for the castle.

Kenneth's questline connects with Nepheli's story and other objectives, therefore you must meet certain conditions to get him to spawn in the throne room. First and foremost, you must:

• Complete Nepheli Loux’s questline and give her the Stormhawk King.
• Defeat Morgott the Omen King.
• Malekith the Black Blade must still be alive.

Kenneth and Nepheli will be in the throne room as long as these three criteria are met. If they don't show up, take a break at the nearby Site of Grace. It's not enough to just teleport there. If you don't get enough rest, they won't spawn.
