You can return after dying and being sent to West Limgrave after this point, but you must first visit the Four Belfries in West Liurnia. A treasure chest with an Imbued Sword Key will be hidden up the stairs of the belfry at the top of this hill (the steeples with bells). Go downhill to the next belfry and open the teleporter using the key you just acquired from the statue. This will return you to the Chapel of Anticipation, where you began.

The rest of the path is quite straightforward, but you can return to the Grafted Scion for a rematch, earning you the Ornamental Straight Sword and Golden Beast Crest Shield. Up the stairs to the chapel through the path ahead, and the door is on the right.

This door will now be open, and you'll be able to proceed upstairs and get the Stormhawk King ashes of battle, as well as the Stormhawk Deenh ashes through the door to your left.

This will also satiate players' curiosity about the island just west of Stormveil Castle, and the rewards for taking this detour are rather great.
