Elden Ring: How to complete Millicent’s quest

Millicent is one of the numerous NPCs found in Elden Ring. After you've cured her of the Scarlot Rot that has been afflicting her body, you'll be able to perform a mission for her. Similarly, after assisting Gowry in curing her of Scarlot Rot, her questline becomes available. We'll go over Millicent's quest and all you'll need to do to complete it in this tutorial.

Millicent can be found down below at Gowry's hut once you've cured her of Scarlot Rot in the Church of the Plague. She'll say she felt compelled to go there, and if you get through all of her conversations, she'll say she's going on a trip.

Atlus Plateau

After you recuperate at another site of grace and return to this location, Millicent will have moved. You may now find her in the Atlus Plateau, where she will gladly speak with you. Her location is down the hill from this one, north of the Lux Ruins. She'll be standing near the Erdtree-Gazing Hill grace spot on a hill.

You will, however, need the Valkyrie's Prosthesis, which can be found in The Shaded Castle. It'll be hidden in the back, guarded by a Cleanrot Knight. You will not be required to enter the castle properly, but it will be accessible from the outside.

Bring the Prosthesis back to Millicent once you have it. You'll need to travel northeast to a place called Dominula, Windmill Village, now that she has the arm. It's the site of grace on the east side of the Road of Iniquity Side Path. You must now climb to the top of the hill, where you will face the Godskin boss, and after defeating it, a sight of grace will appear. Millicent will appear nearby if you rest at the site of grace. If you talk to her, she'll want you to come to her for help in the future.

Hailgtree Medallions

It's possible that you won't see Millicent again for a long time. She'll be on the Giants' Mountain, near the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins, where she'll find grace. There's a place where you may talk to her. She'll tell you she's looking for Haligtree at a fort to the north, where someone uses a medallion. Castle Sol is the name of the site.

When you arrive, you'll need to find your way to the top of the Castle and face Commander Niall, the boss there. After beating Niall, go to the Village of the Albinuriacs to find the second half of the medallion. There will be a pot beside a tree that you must hit in order to unveil a man who will give you the proper half.

Now that you have the finished medallion, use it at the Grand Lift of Rold to disclose a secret place. You'll obtain entry to Ordina, Liturgical Town, in the Forbidden Land, and you'll need to ignite the four flames throughout the town, just like you did for Sellia when you first encountered Millicent.

After the four lights in the town have been lit, a Waygate will appear, allowing you to travel to the Prayer Room, where you can chat with Millicent before fighting a Defiled Root Monster. After defeating the boss, you'll need to discover a summon sign to be transported to Millicent's world and combat four intruders known as Millicent's Sisters.

Millicent will appear on the ground if you reload the area. After that, you must finish her dialogue and refresh the location. The Unalloyed Gold Needle will be given to you there. Return to the Haligtree Roots site of grace, then return to this place to face Malenia, Blade of Miquella. Returning to Gowry's cabin in Sellia once you've defeated Malenia is the final step.
