Elden Ring: How to find the Rivers of Blood Katana

The Rivers of Blood katana is a formidable late-game katana with the Ash of War ability Corpse Piler that causes tremendous hemorrhage. However, don't expect to see it in gameplay anytime soon. Rivers of Blood is held by Okina, who attacks the player near the Church of Repose deep within the Giants' Mountaintops.

To even get close to the Mountaintops, players must first travel to Leyndell, defeat Morgott, the Omen King, and then travel to Rold's Grand Lift. It's a long trip north and east around the mountain from the Mountaintops side of the Grand Lift. Past the Zamor Ruins, players will traverse an enormous but still lengthy, thin bridge, then climb up and around the rock wall.

Players will cross a chain bridge if they go east and then south beyond the Guardian's Garrison. On the southwestern edge of a white field of enormous corpses, the Church of Repose stands. When Okina gets close enough, she invades with Rivers of Blood, ready to slay everyone who gets too close to the church. If you kill him, you'll get his mask and katana.
