Elden Ring: How to help the Talking Tree

While playing Elden Ring, you'll come across a few unusual objects in the Lands Between. A Talking Tree, or what appears to be one, is one of the least weird things you'll come across. You'll notice it early on in the game, and you'll have the opportunity to assist it if you have the time. This article explains how you can assist Elden Ring's Talking Tree.

The Talking Tree is located to the southeast of the Gate front Ruins and to the northeast of the roadside telescope. You'll hear a tree start chatting to you as you get closer to the treeline. It is, however, an illusion, and you can destroy it by hitting the tree once, revealing Boc, a Demi-Human.

You'll be able to find Boc at the Coastal Cave after speaking with him. He'll tell you how the Demi-Humans in that area stole from him and how he wants what was taken from him there, hurt. You can return Boc's Sewing Needle after defeating the Demi-Human Chiefs in the next room, converting him into a friendly ally who can aid you with future tailoring requirements. You can find him at the Lake-Facing Cliffs grace site, East Ray Lucaria grace site, and the East Capital Rampart side of grace.
