Elden Ring: How to start the Radahn Festival

If you've spoken with Alexander, Warrior Jar, you've most likely heard him say that he's on his way to the huge festival. It's the Radahn Festival if you're wondering what it is. A glorious era of combat. In Elden Ring, this is how you begin the Radahn Festival.

The Radahn Festival is related to a specific task that you must complete: activating the Dectus Grand Lift. The lift is in Liurnia's northeastern part and requires a medallion to operate. The medallion, on the other hand, has been shattered into two parts. The parts can be found in the following locations:
  • Dectus Medallion (right) – Found in the Caelid region of Fort Faroth.
  • Dectus Medallion (left) – Found at Fort Height in Mistwood's eastern outskirts.
When you have both medallion parts, deliver the medallion at either the top or bottom of the Grand Lift. A cutscene will play after the elevator has been activated.

Head to the southeastern part of Caelid now that the lift has been triggered. The Impassable Greatbridge can be found here. You'll notice that the teleportation stone in front of the bridge is active while the left is activated. Teleport into Redmane Castle with the stone.

When you enter the courtyard, you'll notice a swarm of NPCs gathered around you. If you speak to the NPC on the platform above everyone else, he will ask if you are ready to start the festival. If you choose yes, the festival will begin. You'll be able to take on Radahn now.
