Elden Ring: Where to find the Cerulean Seed Talisman

Elden Ring's FP is a wonderful resource. You'll want to keep using both weapon skills and magic spells as much as possible. Consuming Cerulean Tear flasks will restore FP, however, donning the Cerulean Seed Talisman will increase the amount of FP restored to every flask. This is where you'll locate this useful piece of gear. The talisman may be found within Liurnia, in the Carian Study Hall. Simply interact with the pedestal just inside the study hall to un-invert the building if you've already inverted it using the Carian Inverted Statue; the building must be right-side-up to acquire the talisman.

As soon as you enter, take the elevator to the top. Your objective is to reach the rafters at the study hall's apex. After a few flights of steps, you should come across another lift that will take you to a higher level. There will be a ladder leading to the first set of rafters on this floor. Ascend it.

Another ladder should be visible when you navigate the rafters. To get to the second set of rafters, climb it. Once you've climbed this ladder, turn right. You should notice a section of the pathway that is much brighter than the rest. There will be a dead Tarnished in this spot, with his upper body dangling from the path. Take the Cerulean Seed Talisman from his body.
