Elden Ring: Where to find the Greatshield Soldier Ashes

Greatshield Soldiers are a powerful defensive summon found in the Lands Between. This summons is made up of five small creatures that can be found in Nokron, Eternal City, and who all wield great shields. But don't believe these spirits are only capable of defending themselves. They can also attack by slamming adversaries with their shields and hurling frost-damaging pots. The Greatshield Soldier Ashes may be found in Elden Ring here.

You must travel to Nokron, Eternal City, in order to get these spirit ashes. You must beat Starcourge Radahn in order to reach Nokron. Begin by gathering the Dectus Medallion's two parts. In Fort Haight and Fort Faroth, you'll find these. Go to the northern area of the Liurnia region, which is north of Limgrave, and ride the Grand Lift of Dectus once you have both halves of the medallion. The waygates outside of Redmane Castle in the Caelid region will be activated as a result of this. To go to the Chamber Outside the Plaza Site of Grace, use the waygate outside of Redmane Castle. Continue with the Radahn Festival until Radahn is defeated. Following that, a star will fall in the Mistwood area.

A large hole in the ground can be found west of Fort Haight. To go to Nokron, Eternal City, take the way down into the hole. Continue along the walk until you reach a courtyard with a pavilion in the middle. A modest graveyard with a few soldiers may be found to the east. The ashes of the spirit are buried in the cemetery. Be wary of the enormous amount of soldiers in the area surrounding the graveyard.
