Elden Ring: Where to find the Mausoleum Soldier Ashes

If you walk around the Wandering Mausoleums, you're bound to see Mausoleum Soldiers. They keep an eye on the Walking Mausoleum for intruders like you who try to break in. You can find a summon that allows you to have your own Mausoleum Soldiers to aid you in battle as you travel around the Lands Between. In Elden Ring, the Mausoleum Soldier Ashes may be found here.

You must first travel to Deeproot Depths to get these spirit ashes. This is a location you'll discover once you've traveled rather far in the game. You can get here in one of two ways. After defeating the Valiant Gargoyle monster, you can ride the coffin up the waterfall. Interact with the coffin in the boss arena to trigger a cutscene that transports you to Deeproot Depths. Second, you can descend into Leyndell, Capital City's sewers. Make your way to Mohg's boss room, The Omen, from there. After the boss encounter, enter the altar through the concealed door and plummet down the huge pit. At the bottom, hit the illusory wall. This will allow you to enter Deeproot Depths.

When you've arrived in Deeproot Depths, head northwest to the Nameless Eternal City Site of Grace. Head northeast from the Site of Grace until you reach the Walking Mausoleum. Continue past the mausoleum to the far north cliff. The Mausoleum Soldier Ashes will be located on the cliff's edge. Just keep an eye out for troops firing massive arrows along the route.
