You must first enter Stormveil Castle in order to find this spell. Defeating Margit is a simple way to accomplish this. To get to the Liftside Chamber Site of Grace, follow the path through the castle. Jumping off the roof of the Rampart Tower Site of Grace and into the courtyard below, then following the route to the Site of Grace, is a simple process.

When you arrive, go outside and turn right into a dark area with a dead person slumped over a precipice. If you gaze down, you'll notice that the land below is murky and that a platform exists. Take a step down to the platform. You will get hurt, so make sure you have Crimson Flasks on hand.

Using the numerous platforms, continue descending until you reach the earth. You'll find yourself in a rat-infested region. Continue past the rats in search of a beetle. To receive the magic, destroy the beetle. There is also a mini-boss adversary in the area, so be cautious.
