Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2: How to establish a device uplink near Seven Outpost, Sanctuary, and Synapse Station

In Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2, players will be tasked with assisting the Seven's resistance force in the Rebuilding questline in order to rebuild buildings. The Imagined asks you to plant device uplinks at a Seven Outpost, Sanctuary, or Synapse Station in one of the quests. Although it appears to be a straightforward task, the device must be set in specified locations within each POI. We'll recommend and identify a region in this guide that should help you finish this task quickly.

To begin, you'll just need to configure a device uplink in one of these places. We propose putting it near the Seven Outpost because there aren't many enemies in the location. The Origin walks around this outpost, which is directly north of Sanctuary. Once you arrive, walk about 100 meters west until you notice a blue light coming from the ground. You will plant the device and complete the objective here.

Simply walk up to the device and hit the same button you used to switch to your pickaxe to plant it. The Imagined will provide you access to the next Rebuilding mission and reward you with 40,000 XP for a job well done after it is planted.
