Elden Ring: How to get the Boltdrake Talisman

Elden Ring is brimming with talismans to be discovered, and the Boltdrake Talisman is one of the best in terms of elemental resistance. Here's where you can get it. After defeating the excruciatingly difficult Margit, The Fell Omen, you'll have two choices. The first takes you around a longer, easier path on the left side of the castle, while the second is a direct and difficult assault. Unfortunately for you, the Boltdrake Talisman can only be found near Limgrave Tower Bridge in the latter portion.

A shopkeeper named Gatekeeper Gostoc may be found on the side of the Stormveil Castle main gate. He tells you that if you talk to him about opening the front gate, you'll most certainly meet a sad fate. After all, you're just walking into the castle and straight towards the guards. He agrees to open the front gate once you promise him that you'll be alright. Return to the gate, and Gostoc will call someone to pull it up, allowing you to enter.

Multiple arrows will be launched in your direction as soon as you run up. Make sure you have a Medium or lower load before attempting this phase, so you can venture into the mayhem with some flexibility. As the arrows fly above your head, your first focus should be on the left side. The arrows are coming from this direction. Continue to roll around and take aim at the arrows. You can now deal with the ground opponents who are pursuing you. Continue up the stairs to the enormous crossbows and take out the bow users on the top floor after they've been dealt with.

It's now safe to venture further into the turmoil that has engulfed you. When you return to the main route, you'll see roughly six or seven guards waiting to attack you. They're primarily armed with crossbows, so stay alert and strike when the opportunity arises. Turn right after them. Two rows of warrior pillars should be visible. A nasty beast lives on the right-hand side, so go inside as soon as possible at the end of the trail. It won't follow you into a corridor once you've entered one.

The four-guard statues, thankfully, aren't real. At least for the time being. Outside, take a break at the sight of grace. The Boltdrake Talisman is within a short distance from Limgrave Tower Bridge. A skeleton may be found on the left side of the bridge, just before you cross it. The Boltdrake Talisman is carried by it. When you equip the Boltdrake Talisman, you'll be able to negate lightning damage from adversaries who employ that type of magic. For your equipment load, it just weighs 0.6.
