Elden Ring: Where to find the Family Heads

In the Lands Between, there is a variety of odd weaponry. In the Family Heads, one of these weapons flails. This flail is Necromancer Garris' distinctive weapon, with heads modeled after his wife and two children. Familial Rancor is a weapon ability that allows you to call vengeful spirits to attack your enemies. This acts in the same way that the Rancorcall spell does. In Elden Ring, the Family Heads can be found here.

To receive this weapon, you must first travel to Mt. Gelmir. The area to the west of the Altus Plateau is referred to as this. To get to this place, you must first get the two parts of the Dectus Medallion and then either use the Grand Lift of Dectus or travel the dungeons connecting the plateau to Liurnia. Once you've reached the plateau, proceed west to the caravan area. Keep an eye out for the lake area. The Sage's Cave is a cave that may be found in the cliff wall.

Once you've arrived at the Sage's Cave, go inside and explore it. Because of the numerous phantom walls inside, it can be perplexing. You'll pass behind a waterfall as you make your way through the cave. Jump over the gap in the thin cliff behind it once you've done so. After that, smack the left-hand wall to make an illusory wall vanish. A room with two chests will be revealed as a result of this. Another illusory wall can be found to the right of the two chests. Make it vanish, and you'll find a boss fog wall. This is the location of Necromancer Garris. To get the Family Heads Flail, defeat him.
