Elden Ring: Where to find the Perfumer’s Talisman

Perfumers can be a pain to deal with. They are constantly spouting a mist that catches fire. When this mist is hurled, as well as when it detonates, it causes harm to you. With the Perfumer's Talisman, give those Perfumers a taste of their own medicine. This talisman amplifies the strength of all your perfumes, making them much more lethal. You must first travel to Altus Plateau in order to receive the Perfumer's Talisman. There are two ways to accomplish this. You can either gather both pieces of the Dectus Medallion and ride the Grand Lift of Dectus up to the plateau, or you can go through the dungeons that connect Liurnia and the plateau. When you're at a low level, the lift is much easier and doesn't require you to fight any bosses.

Once you've reached the plateau, head south to the caravan-filled region. This is where you will appear after exiting the lift if you came up through the dungeons. Travel west to the lake area with the many flower opponents once you've arrived. Continue west until you arrive at the Perfumer's Ruins. Despite the moniker, there will only be two Perfumers and an omenkiller in the region. Look locate the stairs leading into the ground once they're out of the way. Follow it down to a chest with the talisman inside.
