Tunic: How to customize your fox

Tunic's heroic fox has a distinct sense of flair. The classic green tunic. However, it's possible that this isn't your style. Perhaps you'd prefer to be an arctic fox, or you'd like to flaunt some pink fur. Thankfully, there is a technique to make your fox appear just right, but it's unfortunately cleverly hidden, and fine-tuning your look isn't exactly simple.

Where to find the changing room

A square fountain may be found south of the windmill and west of the headless statue in the overworld. There is a small island in the midst of the lake and an instruction manual page when you first find it. A little grove of trees borders a cliff to the east.

At first glance, there appears to be nothing there, yet a little staircase is hidden behind the trees. If you use the lock-on button to adjust the camera, you can see it. A huge room with four privacy screens, four bells, and a podium awaits those who descend these stairs.

How to use the changing room

Each of the four privacy screens affects your fox in a different way. The nose, fur, tunic, and scarf are pictured from left to right.

Simply enter from the left or right side to use one. Your fur will cycle through a variety of hues in each direction. If you like one and walk past it, you can return by entering from the opposite direction. Each of your little fox's pieces comes in a variety of colors, so sorting through them all to find the best one for you can take some time.

If you feel that the default look for any of the fox's parts is preferable, simply ring the bell in front of one of the screens, and that component will be restored to its original hue. When you're satisfied with your look, head down to the podium in the bottom-right corner for a closer look at your threads. You're wearing a nice outfit.
