Back 4 Blood: How to get and use the Stealthy Passage card

Hazards in Back 4 Blood can quickly derail your Cleaner squad if you're frequently attacked by hordes, especially if you're unprepared. Fortunately, with the introduction of Tunnels of Terror, the game's first expansion, a new set of extremely useful cards may be obtained and added to your deck. Here's how to earn the Stealthy Passage card in Back 4 Blood and how to use it.

Obtaining Stealthy Passage

You must first own the Tunnels of Terror expansion and play through several of the game's Ridden Hives to obtain the Stealthy Passage card. When you enter, you'll have the chance to acquire up to three Skull Totems. They will be added to your Skull Totem currency if your team reaches the exit with them in hand.

When you have a few, head to Supply Lines in the Fort Hope base, and the Skull Totem track will be on the right. Unfortunately, because this track resets every hour, you'll have to be a little lucky to receive the Stealthy Passage card. It will be the first option on the track and will only cost two Skull Totems when it does.

How to use Stealthy Passage

You give up your Quick Slot goods when you equip Stealthy Passage. You won't be able to use Razor Wire, Stun Guns, Ammunition Packs, Tool Kits, or Defibrillators as a result of this. That's a hefty price to pay, but it may make certain areas of the game easier to complete.

Stealthy Passage lets you silence door and car alarms, as well as kill a flock of birds without setting them off. Only by tampering with the hood can car alarms be turned off.
