Exciting Fiber is one of the more difficult goods to acquire in Final Fantasy XIV. You'll only have a few possibilities for obtaining it, leaving you with few options. This item can only be obtained by completing the Excitatron 6000 dungeon. This dungeon spawn can only be obtained by successfully grinding level 90 resource nodes throughout the Endwalker zone and completing Timeworn Kumbhiraskin Maps. To get to any of these destinations, you'll need the Endwalker expansion. There's a chance that a gateway will arise at the end of the Timeworn Kumbhiraskin Map, allowing you to visit the Excitatron 6000. Exciting Fiber will hopefully drop for you and your group to harvest, but this does not happen very regularly.

You can also get it from the market board at your data center. However, due to the item's rarity, there aren't many gamers who are willing to post it. Furthermore, individuals who are advertising this item are describing it as extremely expensive, so you'll need a lot of Gil to get it.
