Lost Ark: What are Adventure Books and how to get them

Adventure Books, commonly known as the Adventurer's Tome in its entirety, are a collection of documentary collectibles that players in Raiders of the Lost Ark can contribute to through exploration and completion. Completing each book, which is divided into volumes for parts of each in-game continent, awards the player with consumables, collectibles, and Ignea Tokens as they find additional goods and opponents. An Adventure Book is divided into ten subcategories, each of which differs in terms of the kind of contributions a player can make. When the player completes a task in a new region, each book will be automatically filled out.

Main Quest

When a player completes the main plot mission in a certain continent, they are placed in this category. Encouragement from NPCs or missions to progress to the next continent are common markers of the main story's conclusion.

Collectable

This list contains items that are occasionally dropped by standard foes in a specific area and serve no purpose other than to be added to the Adventure Book by right-clicking on them. These objects, which have a notepad symbol in the bottom right corner of their inventory icons, come in a variety of rarities and must often be added numerous times to fully complete the collectible category.

Cooking

The player will be able to purchase regional cuisine from each continent from local eateries and chefs. In order to completely document this category of each Adventure Book, players must purchase one of each dish.

Vista

Players can discover vista points, represented by a telescope icon, in scenic areas throughout each map location from which they can gaze out over the terrain. For the goal of completing the Adventure Book, they must interact with every viewpoint in a region.

Dungeons

Clearing each dungeon in a region on every difficulty level will help you progress in the Adventure Book. Completions on normal and hard, for example, are tracked separately, and both must be finished to contribute fully to an Adventure Book's completion %.

Monster

Standard monsters have a one-in-a-million chance of spawning with a golden crest above their heads. When defeated, these creatures will make a little contribution to their respective region's Adventure Book. To fulfill the category, the player must destroy at least one of each enemy type with this effect, which requires a fair amount of luck in getting them all to spawn independently.

A Different Story

Each zone has two side tasks, which are marked with golden exclamation points on mini-maps and contribute to the region's Adventure Book when completed. Completing this category should not be difficult for most players as long as they chase every quest marker in the area for the purpose of their prizes.

Hidden Story

In each zone, there are a few unmarked quests that can be started and completed by inspecting contextual locations. For full Adventure Book progress, each of these quests must be accomplished, however, their incomplete book entries will offer players hints to their whereabouts.

Rapport

To completely fill out an area's Adventure Book, players must complete every Rapport relationship in that area. Because properly creating all of these NPC relationships can become a long-term, everyday activity, players should first pick which continent's rewards are the most worthwhile to pursue before fully establishing its rapport.

Triport

This is usually the easiest category for players to achieve, as it only requires them to unlock every Triport in a specific Adventure Book's zone. Because most players activate every Triport they come across during their travels without thinking, this section of an Adventure Book is frequently completed without the player's knowledge.
