Pokémon Go: How to evolve Salandit into Salazzle

In Pokémon Go, many of the Pokémon you catch will have evolved forms. The evolved form of a Pokémon is a more powerful version of that Pokémon that may or may not change its type. We always urge that you evolve your Pokémon whenever feasible, but there are some specific requirements that must be met first. We'll show you how to evolve Salandit into Salazzle in Pokémon Go in this guide.

You'll need a lot of Salandit sweets to evolve it, just like many other Pokémon. Before you can evolve it into Salazzle, you'll need at least 50 Salandit candies. You must, however, be certain that the Salandit you are utilizing is a female. If you try to evolve a Salandit and it's a male, it won't be able to become Salazzle. Because only a female Salandit may evolve into a Salazzle, any male you catch should be transferred to Professor Willow for candy. We don't advise you to turn it on.

Salandit can only be caught if Team Rocket Leaders Arlo, Cliff, or Sierra are defeated and drop a 12km Strange Egg. This egg will need to be placed in an incubator, and there's a chance it will hatch into a Salandit. In Pokémon Go, this is the only way to catch a Salandit.
