Rogue Legacy 2: How to complete Hidden Secrets, Hidden Chambers
Rogue Legacy 2 is a difficult game to master, especially when you're just getting started. You'll have to fight with adversaries and bosses who may feel overpowered until you've granted yourself many persistent enhancements. While you're still learning the game, Estuary Lamech, the game's first boss, can be very difficult. Fortunately, developer Cellar Door Games has included a secret method for increasing your damage to the boss by 15%. Let's look at ways to acquire that much-needed boost.
This boost arrives in the shape of a pick-up-able Insight. Insights are quests that you discover while running through the palace. "Hidden Secrets, Hidden Chambers" is the Insight you're looking for, and it's found by reading Lamech's fourth recollection. These memories appear as small blue spheres of light and can be located throughout the game. However, we've discovered that you may not require Insight to receive the boost.
You must first locate the Tower of Light region within the Citadel Agartha biome. In the screenshot above, you can see what it looks like. You must cast a spell near the left wall about halfway up the lantern ladder. There's nothing that tells you exactly where to hit, so you'll have to experiment a bit. Leap in, jump up a level, then enter the door after the wall has opened. The damage boost may be found in this new region, making Lamech considerably simpler to destroy.
