Rogue Legacy 2: How to complete Matters in Red

Each boss in Rogue Legacy 2 poses its own set of difficulties. When you first come across one of these, it can be overwhelming. Each monster, however, has a hidden Insight mission attached to it, which grants you a +15 percent damage increase when fighting them. That quest is called Matters in Red for Estuary Naamah, the Kerguelen Plateau region's boss. It's one of the more difficult Insights to uncover, but you can get it as soon as you unlock the double leap. You don't even need to read memories to pick up the task; you should read them if you're interested in the lore; it'll be there whether or not the mission is in your log. Let's look at how you can complete Matters in Red.

The first room of the Kerguelen Plateau contains Matters in Red's hidden region. You can see where you need to start your adventure in the screenshot at the top of this post. It's at the top of the little hill in the chamber, immediately to the right of the entrance's teleporter. You'll want to double jump up to a ledge from here.

This is where things start to get a little strange. You want to jump up and to the right off the ledge. This will place you on a ledge that is technically inaccessible. You won't be able to see your character or any indication that you've arrived at the correct location. So, take a few steps forward and then click the interact button ("R" on a keyboard, "RB" on Xbox). This will allow you to unlock the boost by reading a new memory.
