This quest can be started in Karnok's Wall. After finishing the Mortal Coil quest, this region becomes open. Follow the trail until you reach the Soultorn Rise at the start of Karnok's Wall. Use the floating platform to cross the distance and interact with the mission banner nearby.

Meet Dryxxl

Dryxxl will contact you after you accept the mission. To find him, go to the right of where you started the task. Dryxxl may be found in Wyvern's Wail. Run over the nearby bridge after conversing with Dryxxl and take the wyvern eggs from the nearby nests. Wyverns don't appreciate it when humans steal their eggs, so be careful. Return to Dryxxl at the end of the wyvern area after collecting the eggs.

After chatting with Dryxxl once more, he will revive the dead, which you must remove and gather their bones. Dryxxl will tell you that the bones aren't good enough after a long conflict. Bones from a Badass Skeleton are required. To get to the opposite platform, use the rocks to cross across and begin removing more skeletons. Fight the skeletons until you obtain the required five Badass Skeleton Bones, then return to Dryxxl, who will be back where he began.

Place the reagents next to Dryxxl in a basin and smash them. Dryxxl will cast the magic, but he will be transformed into a massive skeleton. Dryxxl will return to normal after you defeat the skeleton. Check on him, and he'll reward you with a spell for completing a quest.
