Only when your health is full does the Overflow Bloodbag's ability activate. Each time you heal from dark magic, this ability raises your maximum health. If you're lucky, you might get the Overflow Bloodbag early on in the game. This is because the amulet, like most legendary artifacts, is a world drop. Items that can drop from any major loot source in the Wonderlands are known as world drop items. Chests, Lucky Dice, bosses, and minibosses are all good places to find loot. This item can be dropped by pretty much anything that drops loot. However, there is a way to farm the Overflow Bloodbag. All you have to do is know where to look.

For a long time, you won't be able to harvest this legendary amulet. This is due to the fact that you must progress through the game until you reach the Fearamid. Make your way through the level to the catwalk with the lightning once you've reached the Fearamid. Rather than crossing the catwalk, go to the left to the Ancient Obelisk's plunge.

From the Catwalk of Obliteration fast travel site, you can quickly visit this region. To get the legendary amulet, you'll have to farm the Death Rattler. To boost your chances of receiving the item, increase your Loot Luck before farming for it.
