The Theurge amulet is a world drop like almost every legendary item in the Wonderlands. Items that drop in the world can come from practically any major loot source. Bosses, minibosses, chests, Lucky Dice, and pretty much anything else that can drop loot are among these loot sources. This makes it tough to locate specific legendary artifacts unless you know where to look. You can, fortunately, farm the Theurge.

You must first proceed through the campaign to the point where you can see the unseen bridges in order to farm the Theurge amulet. Complete the side task from the NPC in front of the Drowned Abyss to do so. Make your way to the area highlighted on the map above once you've seen the bridges.
