This weapon is easy to obtain because it is a world drop. Items that can drop from any major loot source in the game are known as world drop items. Minibosses, bosses, chests, and Lucky Dice are all good places to find loot. Normal foes can also provide you with the item. Unfortunately, waiting for this item to drop from a standard loot source can be time-consuming. Fortunately, this weapon may also be farmed.

If you want to farm the Wailing Banshee, you must first defeat the Banshee boss.
