World of Warcraft Dragonflight: How do Professions and Crafting work

While the reintroduction of dragons and the unveiling of a new, playable Dracthyr race are the highlights of the World of Warcraft Dragonflight expansion release, there are a few other interesting details. One of the most startling developments in the WoW team's decision to overhaul the game's professions and crafting systems. Let's take a look at everything that's changed.

Crafting Orders are a brand-new method of obtaining the items you require. You may now browse every craftable item in the game, put up the materials needed to build it, and send the order to everyone in the game using an Auction House-style interface. This is essentially a condensed version of the Trade conversation that we've all seen in World of Warcraft for years. However, there is one significant distinction. These things can be soulbound, meaning you'll be able to use items that previously required the Profession. This should provide players with a plethora of options.

Blizzard is also introducing crafting quality along with this modification. This is a technique to gauge your crafter talent, and as you improve your crafter skill by completing work orders or making stuff for yourself, you'll gain access to better gear. You'll also be able to add even more crafting specializations to your skillset. Spending points on these specialties will improve your expertise with them, allowing you to stand out among your guild's other craftsmen.

This isn't the end of the reworked crafting system. Players will also notice a redesigned and updated user interface as well as new gear sets that contribute to the game's flavor while also improving crafting stats. The best part is that you won't have to waste space in your bag carrying your gathering tools. Those will now have their own dedicated slot, allowing you to work with more space.
