If you have GodMode enabled on your BitLife account, you can only swap to your baby before your main character dies. You can tweak practically every facet of the game to favor your character with GodMode. For example, you can change the stats of any NPC you meet, as well as your own character, to ensure they have all they need to be accepted for various jobs. You can also improve a number of secret stats that you may not have seen before.

If your character dies, you usually become one of their children and can start over as they did. If you want a fresh start with the money from your main character, you'll need to use GodMode.
