Elden Ring: How to get the Rotten Battle Hammer

Have you ever felt compelled to bash your opponents while also inflicting Scarlet Rot on them? If that's the case, the Rotten Battle Hammer could be the weapon for you. This powerful hammer can do massive damage to adversaries while the Scarlet Rot eats away at their health. This weapon has the Braggart's Roar weapon art on it, which increases your attack power, defense, and stamina recovery speed.

You must first reach the Consecrated Snowfield in order to get this combat hammer. This is one of the late-game regions that can only be accessible if both pieces of the Secret Haligtree Medallion have been secured. These medallion pieces can be found by speaking with Albus in the Albinaurics Village and fighting Commander Niall in Castle Sol and climbing to the top of the castle. You can take the Grand Lift of Rold down to the Consecrated Snowfield once you acquire both halves of the medallion.

Follow the walk to the Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace once you've arrived at the Consecrated Snowfield. Head northwest from there to the region depicted on the map above. A number of burials can be found in this region. A Rotten Duelist will lurk among the tombs, attacking in the same way that regular Duelists do in the Capital City. You will receive the Rotten Battle Hammer after defeating the Rotten Duelist.
