Araquanid will be a huge hit among competitive Pokémon Go players looking to deploy it in the Great and Ultra Leagues. This Pokémon is highly recommended, but you'll need to catch and evolve a lot of Dewpider before you can add it to your collection. In Pokémon Go, here's all you need to know about evolving Dewpider into Araquanid.

How to evolve Dewpider into Araquanid

Thankfully, Dewpider's progression does not include any quests or anything special. To develop into an Araquanid, you'll need to collect 50 Dewpider Candies and then choose which one you want to evolve into. To get enough Dewpider Candies, you'll have to encounter this Pokémon several times and trade the ones you don't want with Professor Willow.

You can catch Dewpider in the wild and as a Field Research task reward for its initial appearance at the Water Festival 2022. Finding Dewpider in the wild is probably the greatest way to consistently earn Candies with it. Still, knowing what Field Research work reward you'll receive during the Water Festival 2022 will make it easier to earn while walking around your neighborhood.

If you're having trouble finding Dewpider, you can use incense to attract them and other Pokémon to your position while you're on the move. Alternatively, laying down a Rainy Lure Module while you get a chance to rest at a PokéStop will attract Bug, Electric, and Water-type Pokémon to your position, making it easier to track down and add to your collection.

You can evolve any of the Dewpider Candies you've captured into an Araquanid once you've collected 50. You can repeat this process for every Dewpider as long as you have enough Candy.
