V Rising: How to get explosives

How to get explosives in V Rising

You must first unlock the Alchemy Table in order to obtain explosives. After fighting Clive the Firestarter, one of the V Blood Carrier bosses in V Rising, you will receive this crafting station. Clive the Firestarter is a level 30 boss, so prepare by learning how to enhance your gear score. Open the Alchemy Table and place 8 pieces of Sulphur, 8 Planks, and 4 pieces of Whetstone in the input slot to manufacture explosives. This will enable you to make a Minor Explosive Box, which you may then store in your inventory. Simply walk up to one of the giant rocks and plant the Minor Explosive Box nearby to immediately collect a pile of resources.

Sulphur may be found everywhere around Vardoran, although the spot where you fight Clive the Firestarter is particularly ideal for finding it. Look around for Sulphur deposits that you can mine after beating this boss to unlock the Alchemy Table.

Explosives make mining considerably easier, so make the most of your newly acquired resources. If you aren't on a private server, stone stockpiles will help you create a sturdy castle to secure your clan from hostile players and wildlife. Any copper ore you uncover can be taken to a furnace and smelted into copper ingots for use on tools and other items.

It's also worth noting that there's another approach to getting rid of these big rocks. By slaying the Ferocious Bear monster on the East side of Farbane Woods later in V Rising, you can obtain the power to transform into a bear. Because the Ferocious Bear is level 36, you'll need to upgrade your gear before fighting them. The bear form ability grants you a one-of-a-kind special strike that crushes rocks without the use of explosives.
