V Rising: How to find bosses
Do you want to know where to look for bosses in V Rising? You may be a powerful vampire, but there are lots of other formidable animals in survival MMO V Rising's Vardoran realm. If you know where to look, fighting these bosses, known as V Blood Carriers, will award you new powers. We'll show you how to find bosses in V Rising so you can chase them down and absorb their powers in this guide.
How to find bosses in V Rising
In V Rising, you must construct and use a Blood Altar in order to locate bosses. You can make a Blood Altar with 180 Stone and 10 Blood Essence, but you must first finish the task Getting Ready For The Hunt. To finish the quest, you must:
- Construct and interact with a Sawmill.
- Construct and interact with a Simple Workbench.
- Increase your gear level to 15.
This will reveal the Blood Altar crafting blueprint under the Dominance part of the Production tab in the building menu. Interact with the Blood Altar after it has been built to find a list of V Blood Carriers, the in-game name for V Rising's bosses. The list is enormous, but you'll only be able to see the items that are acceptable for your current Gear Score.
Simply select a boss on the Blood Altar, dismiss the menu, and begin roaming around to track them down. A crimson wisp will stretch from your character in a specific direction after a few moments. It will continue to vanish and reappear every few seconds, but you can follow the blood trail's path while you search for the boss.
It's worth noting that, while the Blood Altar only displays bosses that you can defeat, practically every V Rising boss is always present in the world. This implies that if you travel into a perilous location, you may encounter a powerful boss that you are unable to defeat with your present equipment. You can still battle, but we recommend fleeing until your gear has been upgraded.
