Diablo Immortal: How to fix cross-progression not working
While crossplay is a terrific feature in multiplatform games, we believe that cross-progression should be included in every game released across several platforms. If you connect your Battle.net account to Diablo Immortal, you can take your adventure with you on the road with your phone or play a port on your PC with your save crossing over. However, some folks are reporting that the cross-progression isn't working for them. Here's how to get things fixed.
Diablo Immortal’s cross-progression saves not working
If you've connected your Battle.net account on your phone version of Diablo Immortal and logged in on your PC but still don't see your character, double-check that you're on the same server. Characters are confined to the server where they were created, even though all of your stuff migrates across versions.
To switch servers, go to the game's title screen and click on the server name located above Tap to Play. There will be a plethora of servers to pick from all across the globe. Pay attention to the middle column, which states Characters, as you scroll down the list of servers. Each server will display a list of how many characters you've created on that server; choose the one that contains your character.
If you've recently linked your mobile game to your Battle.net account, we recommend waiting a few minutes and double-checking that you've received a confirmation email. While the procedure takes only a few seconds, we didn't receive confirmation that the procedure had been completed for nearly an hour. Perhaps come back later to see if your information was received.
