Diablo Immortal: How to fix your character missing
When playing a game like Diablo Immortal, where you must slowly improve your character, it is critical that you constantly have access to them. Being cut off from your progress after spending endless hours strengthening them and progressing through the tale can cause you to abandon a game entirely. If you've logged into Diablo Immortal and believe your character has vanished, here are some suggestions for recovering it.
How to find missing characters in Diablo Immortal
If you set up your Battle.net account to facilitate cross-progression between the mobile and PC versions of Diablo Immortal, recovering your character should be simple, though it may take some time if you didn't pay attention to your server names. Characters are tied to the server where they were created. This implies that if you switch between PC and mobile, or if you switch servers, you must return to the one where you generated them. This can be done on the game's title screen. Simply select the server name from the drop-down menu above Tap to Play and select the one where you created them.
Unfortunately, unless you know the server name straight away, there is no way to find out where you created your characters, so you may have to switch between servers if you're not sure where you did it. Furthermore, if you wish to play with friends, you must create your characters on the same server because characters cannot be transferred across servers.
If you created a character before attaching a Battle.net account and then signed in, you'll need to sign out of your Battle.net account and play as that character on the guest account. Instead of tying your characters to your Battle.net account when you sign in, Diablo Immortal sees your guest account as a separate entity. In this instance, you'll have to decide whether to keep playing on the guest account or create a new character on Battle.net. We recommend contacting the Diablo Immortal Support team if neither of the aforementioned alternatives worked for you.
