While there are several Reforge Stones to be found in Diablo Immortal, there are six distinct types of Reforge Stones that belong to a family. The Barrier Stone, Jolt Stone, Ravager Stone, Tremor Stone, Vengeance Stone, and Wildfire Stone are the stones in question. Each family can provide your weapon a unique set of abilities. If you utilize a normal Reforge Stone, you can choose one attribute from any of the families. If you receive three family traits from the same family on an item, you'll gain a bonus fourth family attribute, which is why family stones are so valuable.

The family stones, on the other hand, will cost you actual money because you can only buy them with Eternal Orbs from the Smithing Materials trader in Westmarch or the in-game Materials store.
