Fallout 76: How to farm Settler faction reputation
The Settlers are one of two groups available during the Wastelanders questline and were first introduced in Fallout 76's Wastelanders update. Along with the new questline, the update also adds reputation points, which you may use to acquire favor with the Settlers in the Foundation region. The Test Your Metal update introduced more opportunities to acquire a reputation with the Settlers, but you'll have to put in the effort if you want to garner their favor.
Benefits of gaining reputation with the Settlers
The amount of products you can buy from Samuel in Foundation grows as your reputation with the Settlers grows. The greater your Settlers reputation, the more goods you will be able to buy. How to farm Settler reputation
Completing the different side tasks added with the Wastelanders update will help you acquire a reputation with the Settlers at first. During the main Wastelanders questline, you will gain a reputation with one of the factions depending on whether you side with the Settlers or the Raiders. You can get a reputation by accomplishing the following activities after finishing the questline and side quests:
Daily Quest: Vital Equipment – Complete Ward's quest in Foundation and donate the reward for 250 reputations to Foundation.
Daily Quest: Retirement Plan - Today's Daily Quest For an additional 25 reputation, complete this objective given to you by Rocksy at The Crater by telling the former Raider to move to Foundation.
Daily Quest: Photo Opportunity - Take photos of the Raiders and give them to a member of the Foundation to complete this daily quest provided to you by Davenport in the Overseer's residence. You'll get a 75 Settler reputation for doing so.
Eviction Notice - Whenever the Eviction Notice event appears to the east of Foundation, complete it to earn more Settler reputation dependent on your performance. If you fail this event, you will lose your reputation.
Start by completing all of the daily quests that emerge around Foundation and The Crater, as well as the mission you can get from the Overseer's residence, to get Settler's reputation. Once you've completed those tasks, you can farm the Eviction Notice event by either waiting for it to happen or hopping servers to one where it is life.
