Final Fantasy XIV: How to unlock the Arkasodara tribal quests

The Arkasodara tribe quests have been added to Final Fantasy XIV's Patch 6.15, allowing players to earn reputation and rewards. This daily hub is a fun method to level up your war and magic jobs, as the tasks range from 80 to 90 points and provide a good amount of experience. The Arkasodara tribal tasks are not difficult to unlock, although there is some preparation required.

Arkasodara tribal quests prerequisites

Before you may unlock the Arkasodara tribe quests, you must first complete two necessary quest chains. Steppe Child is the first quest, and it can be begun by Ogul at X:25.6 Y:36.1 in Thavnair. What's in a Parent is the second necessary quest, which may be begun from Yezahn at X:29.2 Y:15.3 at Palaka's Stand in Thavnair. Endwalker's main story must also be finished by the players.

Arkasodara tribal quests unlock chain

Kancana in Yedlihmad in Thavnair at X25.3 Y:31.2 can give you the starting quest Hippos Born to Run. They've received tales of wild hippos roaming the highroad, and they've asked you to question the people of Yedlihmad. The three are easily located right outside the structure. You travel to Trna at X:16.2 Y:25.5, armed with new information.

You solve the mystery and are sent back to Kancana after enticing the hippo riders in with some food on the route. This new hippo-racing tribe is looking for a spot to call home in Thavnair, and they've decided to work as delivery people. It is, of course, your responsibility to assist them in getting started. Just outside the building, you speak with Trna about taking a piloted hippo cart to your goal at The Great Work. You are then offered the opportunity to return to Yedlihmad on your own hippo cart.

You speak with Kancana once again, and your new pals are given a trading post to open. The chain is completed by turning in the final quest at X:19.8 Y:28.1 in the Svarna trading post, which grants entry to the Arkasodara tribe quests. In Patch 6.15, players can earn more goodies by completing the custom delivery NPC Ameliance Leveilleur and Hildibrand quest chain.
