Where to find the Ubermacht Cypher

You must first travel to Pibwasser Warehouse in Los Santos for the Los Santos Car Meet. This is located in La Mesa. The location will appear on your map as an icon with the letter "LS" on it. Once you've arrived at the site, navigate to the interactive menu and look for the reward ride challenge. You'll need to sign up for a race once you've entered this menu. After that, you'll be thrown into a matchmaking lobby where you'll be pitted against other online gamers.
