Halo Infinite: How to sign up for the network co-op test

When Halo Infinite was released on PC and Xbox systems at the end of 2021, it didn't have a campaign co-op. For years, the local and online co-op has been a fixture of the Halo series, therefore it's been severely missed. How do I sign up for the co-op test?

Only Halo Insiders are allowed to participate in the campaign network co-op test, however, anyone can join. Signing up for the program is simple and free. Simply visit the Halo Insider website and click the "join Halo Insider" button. You'll need to log in with your Microsoft account, which should already be linked to your Halo Infinite Xbox Live account. You can opt into future betas, including the next co-op test, after you join Halo Insider. This is not a guarantee that you will be invited, but it is how you will get your name into the hat.

When is the test?

The registration process is simple, however, the date for the campaign network co-op test is unknown. Only 343 Industries, according to the official Halo Twitter account, "is preparing to flight it to Halo Insiders in July." A month is a long time, so we should hear something more solid shortly. The Xbox and Bethesda Showcase on June 12 or the second Xbox webcast on June 14 may reveal further information, but more information has been promised in either scenario.

When will co-op be available?

Another inquiry with an ambiguous solution. According to 343 Industries' most recent comment, the co-op will be included in Halo Infinite in August of this year. After that, in September, Forge Mode will be released.
