Juvenile Shot At Tropical Smoothie In Land O’ Lakes, Entered Gym For Help

In the vicinity of the Tropical Smoothie in Land O' Lakes, close to the intersection of State Road 54 and Livingston Road, deputies from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a shooting. According to the findings of the preliminary inquiry, two adults approached two teenagers, and one of the adults began firing at the group, which resulted in one of the kids being shot.

The victims then drove to Crunch Fitness in the neighborhood of Collier Parkway and entered the facility. Once inside, they informed the staff that one of them had been shot and requested medical aid for the wound.

Deputies say that the injury does not pose a threat to the victim's life. As the inquiry progresses, there will be a significant presence of law enforcement officers.
