MLB The Show 22: Future of the Franchise Featured Program guide, rewards, missions, how to earn XP, and more
MLB The Show 22 introduced us to the Faces of the Franchise back in April. Now, owing to the new Future of the Franchise featured program, which went online on June 3, we may look forward to the future. This new program has 30 new bosses, each of whom is a potential Future Star for their particular squad. Users can now purchase 95 OVR cards featuring some of baseball's best prospects, including highly-rated Mets third baseman Brett Baty, Giants rookie Joey Bart, and Pirates prospect Henry Davis, the top choice in the 2021 MLB Draft. So, how does this software appear? Let's look at the prizes, as well as the XP criteria and how to get XP for this event.

Users can obtain 18 Future of the Franchise cards via this program. Keep in mind that for this program, the Future of the Franchise players obtained from Choice Packs can be sold.
How to earn XP
For those who are new to MLB The Show 22, there are a variety of ways to earn XP. In MLB The Show 22, players can earn XP by playing several game modes such as Road to the Show, Diamond Dynasty, Franchise, and even March to October. Moments from the Daily and Featured Programs have also been incorporated into this show. Daily Moments grant 1,000 XP, whereas Featured Moments award the same amount for each accomplished task.
Users may also earn XP by completing the Missions included in this program by SDS. Users can grind for PXP points by using cards received from the Legends and Flashback packs. PXP Missions are available for each of the players in these packs, and completing them will earn players 1,000 XP. The developers have also introduced two new collections: one for completing the Rockies City Connect program and locking in the jersey (15,000 XP) and another for the 92 OVR Lou Gehrig gained through the Lou Gehrig Day Program. Keep your eyes peeled for new player programs.
Diamond Dynasty has also received a new Conquest, the Future of the Franchise WEST. For completing it, users will receive 30,000 XP. Keep an eye out for ones for the EAST and CENTRAL, as well as any Showdowns that may be added in the future. This will be a four-week session. It will come to an end on June 30.
