Pokemon Go Egg Chart for June 2022: 2km, 5km, 7km, 10km, 12km eggs hatch list
Egg hatching is a mainstay of the Pokemon experience, and you'll be doing it more frequently in Pokemon Go than you will in the rest of the series. In fact, dealing with eggs is an essential part of the Pokemon Go experience. In Pokemon Go, eggs are delivered to players at random after they visit Pokestops across the world, receive presents from friends, or use Adventure Sync. Hatching eggs is a terrific way to get sweets while also increasing your chances of getting superior Pokemon with better stats than you'd find in the wild. Some of the game's most difficult Pokemon can also be obtained by hatching eggs. By the way, if a hatching Pokemon has a shiny form in the game, they can also hatch from eggs.
Pokemon Eggs are a mystery draw in that you don't know what you'll get until it hatches, though there are many types of eggs in the game that give you a general sense of what to expect in terms of hatch time and probable Pokemon within. There are various egg varieties dependent on the distance you must walk to catch them - 2km, 5km, 7km, 10km, and 12km in total. There are also several unique types of eggs that can only be gotten in specific methods and have slightly different hatching tables. One of the goals of this page is to create an egg chart that lists all of the Pokemon that can hatch from each type of egg. But first, let's take a closer look at how eggs work.
Pokemon Go Egg Hatching: getting eggs, hatching eggs, and speeding up hatching
Pokemon Eggs can be gained in Pokemon Go via Pokestops, presents from friends, beating Leaders in battle, and adventure sync, as previously stated. The egg kinds are 2km, 5km, 7km, 10km, 11km, and 12km, called after the distance you must travel to hatch them. Like other things, most Pokemon Eggs are gotten by simply going to Pokestops and swiping them. However, some eggs are unique. 7km eggs may only be earned through friends' gift packages. Adventure Sync can drop both 5km and 10km eggs, although Adventure Sync eggs have a different hatch pool than ordinary versions of both eggs. If you have enough space in your egg inventory, you can get a 12km 'Strange Egg' by defeating a Team Go Rocket captain in combat.
You can only carry 9 Pokemon eggs at a time, so if you have 9 and come across one at a Pokestop, you'll have to abandon it. If your egg inventory is full, none will drop from gifts. You've been given a fair warning. Once you have Pokemon Eggs, you can hatch them by placing them in incubators. To do so, simply touch an egg and select an Incubator. You have one limitless incubator (the orange one) with endless uses, and this incubator is perfect for hatching those fast-hatching 2km eggs. Other types of Incubators can be purchased or obtained as rewards; they have a three-use limit after which they will break. The conventional Incubator (blue) hatches at a normal pace, whereas the Super Incubator (purple) hatches 1.5 times faster - some rare occurrences have accelerated these times even more.
All you have to do to get them to hatch is walk with them in the incubator. Pokemon Go must be open, but before putting your phone in your pocket, try setting on energy-saving mode. You can also enable Adventure Sync, which feeds information back to Pokemon Go using your phone's built-in location tracking. The Pokemon Go Plus also comes in useful when it comes to egg hatching: you can use it to fully lock your phone and walk around while still racking up distance for Pokemon Go's egg hatching, which saves you a lot of battery.
A Pokemon will appear once you've gone the distance suggested by the egg name. Rarer Pokemon hatch from longer-distance eggs, as you might imagine. Keep in mind that Pokemon Go only appears to measure the distance traveled towards your egg hatching if you're cycling or riding as a passenger in a car at lesser speeds - roughly 10mph or less. Here's a list of Pokemon that can hatch from each egg type, organized by Pokedex order. We'll do our best to keep it up to date with patches and changes as the season progresses and other in-game events take place:
