Where to find Snorlax in the Pokémon TCG: Crossover

Snorlax can only be found in two places in the Pokémon TCG: Crossover. Three-star raids are the most famous place to catch a Snorlax. You want to look into your neighborhood Gyms to see whether there's a three-star egg waiting to hatch. There's a chance it'll be a Snorlax; if that's the case, you'll want to take it on with a group of buddies to ensure success. It's not a sure thing that you'll catch a Snorlax after these encounters, but it's a good chance.

Field Research tasks are the second location. As an event unique, you'll be able to obtain a specific Field Research task by turning the PokéStop or Gym dials. It'll be the one with the border around it that says "event" and invites you to "Catch 40 Pokémon." It's possible, though, that your reward will be a Slaking or Dragonite encounter. Any of these three Pokémon could be the culprit.
